FELIPE is an electronic volumetric filling system for liquids, with electromagnetic conductivity, that guarantee a high accuracy of the volume for any container from mignon to large sizes and for any material: glass, PE, PET, cans, etc.. The magnetic flow meters, being free of gaskets or internal moving parts, allow a perfect cleaning and sterilization in a very short time. The new FELIPE system replaces older pneumatic or mechanical piston volumetric filling systems.
For products without preservatives (Energy Drinks, tea, ....) it is possible to supply a HOT FILL version and, if necessary, use a drop of nitrogen before closing ( NITRO ) to neutralize any implosion of the container during the cooling phase.
